Follow these steps to order a Physical Kit on eScienceLabs.com.
1. Select the User icon in the top right of the page.
2. If this is your first time logging in, select "Create an Account."
2.1. Enter the required details in the registration form and select "Create New Account."
3. If you are a returning user, enter your username and password to log in.
4. Once logged in, select "Redeem Code" in the top navigation menu.
5. Enter the code provided by your instructor or bookstore in the search box and select "Submit."
5.1. If using a redemption code from your bookstore, the item will automatically be added to your cart. Select "Go to Checkout" to complete your purchase.
No additional fees should be charged at checkout.
5.2. If you need to pay for your lab kit using a credit or debit card, in the confirmation screen, select "Add to Cart" and then "Go to Checkout"
6. In the Shopping Cart, enter your school name and semester start date, then select "Checkout."
If you cannot find your school name, select "Not Listed."
7. Enter your billing and shipping information, then select "Continue to Next Step."
8. Select your preferred shipping service, then select "Continue to Next Step."
You may only have one option.
9. Review your order details, choose the appropriate payment option, and select "Continue to Next Step."
10. Select "Submit Order" to be taken to our secure payment processor.
If you are using a redemption code, this will progress you to Order Confirmation.
11. Enter your payment details, then select "Pay Now."
Be sure that your billing address matches the one associated with your debit/credit card.
12. You have completed your purchase!
You will see a confirmation message with your order number and will also receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the order to ship. You can now access your Kit Resources including the lab manual by visiting the Student Portal.
