Follow these steps to order a Digital Manual on eScienceLabs.com.
1. Select the User icon in the top right of the page.
2. If this is your first time logging in, select "Create an Account."
2.1. Enter the required details in the registration form and select "Create New Account."
3. If you are a returning user, enter your username and password to log in.
4. Once logged in, select "Redeem Code" in the top navigation menu.
5. Enter the code provided by your instructor or bookstore in the search box and select "Submit."
6. If using a redemption code from your bookstore, the item will automatically be added to your cart. Select "Go to Checkout" to complete your purchase.
No additional fees should be charged at checkout.
7. If you need to pay for your digital manual using a credit or debit card, add the product to your cart and then select "Go to Checkout" to complete your purchase.
8. In the Shopping Cart, enter your school name and semester start date, then select "Checkout."
If you cannot find your school name, select "Not Listed."
9. Enter your billing and shipping information, then select "Continue to Next Step."
10. Select the $0.00 shipping option and select "Continue to Next Step."
11. Review your order details, choose the appropriate payment option, and select "Continue to Next Step."
12. Select "Submit Order" to be taken to our secure payment processor.
If you are using a redemption code, this will progress you to Order Confirmation.
13. Enter your payment details, then select "Pay Now."
Be sure that your billing address matches the one associated with your debit/credit card.
14. You have completed your purchase!
You will see a confirmation message with your order number and will also receive a confirmation email. You can now access your Digital Manual by visiting the Student Portal.
