What happens if some materials in the kit are broken or missing upon receiving?

Upon receiving the lab kit, students should be completing a full kit inventory.

If you find that some of your kit materials are broken or missing, please contact our customer service by using our student web form found hereBe sure to include a list of the items that need to be replaced, the address you need them shipped to, and if available, your order number.
