eScience will replace kit items that are broken or missing during the production and shipping processes. Students can request replacement items from customer service if they made mistakes or need to redo an experiment, however, students will be charged for the cost of the item and shipping. Students should contact our customer service by submitting a Customer Service Form. Students should include a list of the items that need to be replaced, the address they need them shipped to, and if available their order number. Customer service will communicate when they are ready to process the payment and order.
