My lab workbook/lab PDF is not downloading (or showing as a broken link)? How can I get this fixed?

If you encounter a broken link while working in the eScience Labs content, please contact our customer service team at our student web form found here. with the name of the lab or experiment that cannot be accessed. Our customer service team will send you a copy of the content that you need, and our curriculum development team will fix the broken link so that you can continue your work on the lab.
