There's a Notice in My Kit Saying it was Shipped Without an Item. How do I Get the Missing Piece?

If you ordered your kit directly from us, there's nothing you need to do; we will ship it to you as soon as the item arrives in our facility at no cost.

If you purchased your kit at your school's bookstore, use our student web form found here. Include the SKU of the kit and any missing items. When the items arrive in our facility, we will ship them to you at no cost.
