Though certain elements of the Virtual Urchin Microscope are Flash-based, all activities included in the eScience Labs content are exclusively HTML5. In the eScience Labs content, students will be asked to complete the Microscope Tutorial. This tutorial does not utilize Flash. 

However, instructors should be aware that other elements, such as the Microscope Measurement tutorial, do include Flash. Therefore, if instructors attempt to incorporate other elements of the Virtual Urchin Microscope into their course curricula besides the Microscope Tutorial, they may encounter Flash-based components.
